Job Training in Renewable Energy
This portion of  our business is reliant on relationship building in local communities.  Through community relationships we will build trust and gain access to our targeted population of potential trainees.  We will provide education, both in regards to the benefits of using renewable energy and the opportunities for employment that are available locally in the renewable energy field.  The institutions and grounds in our community that we are cultivating relationships with include local non-profit organizations such as Goodwill, INAN, Healing the Heartland, McCauley Center for Women and various Ministerial Alliances.
Our training classes will be offered at a variety of times in order to be flexible to meet trainee needs.  After consulting with the trainee we will chose a training option that best fits their needs and that will best help each individual accomplish their specific goals.  Class options will consist of a 1 week, 2 week and 5 week class that will offer different levels of knowledge depending on the next step the trainee wants to take after completion of the class.
We have access to industry experts in the company as well as access to industry updates and changes as they occur. Our training program combines the already present knowledge (education, skills and work experience) of each individual trainee with renewable energy training.  This combination of skills and knowledge will allow each trainee to pursue a job or career in their specific area of expertise within renewable energy.  We will prepare trainees who come to us without marketable skills for entry level positions in the renewable energy field.
Our target market for renewable energy training classes will be minorities, economically disadvantaged persons, veterans transitioning back into the workforce, persons with limited job skills or lack of training opportunities, welfare recipients, unemployed persons, and any other group that may be considered underrepresented in the renewable energy workforce and in need of job training and assistance securing employment.
Parts Distribution to Manufacturers in Renewable Energy
We will provide parts to companies who make renewable energy products and components.  We will not carry an inventory over what has been ordered by our customers.  In this way we will, simply put, be the middle-man and will assume less risk that if we were to carry and store excess product.  We will employ drivers, on a contract basis, to deliver parts to our customers.
Our target market for parts distribution will be renewable energy manufacturing companies who need parts and components for their production.  We will secure exclusive and semi-exclusive distribution rights from design and production companies for their renewable parts and components.
